Key Features
- To maximize its storage density and compatibility, the MB516SP-B supports 16 x 5mm to 7mm 2.5” SATA/SAS HDD/SSD, and only uses two standard external 5.25” computer bays
- The MB516SP-B’s compact, dense design makes it perfect for workstations, compact servers, gaming rigs, and home servers that require high capacity and low latency storage access
- It works well in with RAID, due to its use of 4x Mini-SAS HD (SFF-8643) connectors, it can be controlled by a single RAID card. It is also perfect for users that need non-RAID JBOD storage
- The Eagle-hook lock system on the tray makes sure your HDD will not eject unintentionally. The trays are designed for 2.5" size drives with 5-7mm drive height, able to handle SAS and SATA
- The user replaceable 80mm cooling fan with 3 adjustable speeds (High, Low, Off) is placed directly at the center of the rear panel, providing equivalent airflow throughout the entire cage.
